The Company is managed by the Board of Directors. The Board currently consists of 4 Directors; Messrs Mark Jones, Todd Zani, Chad Zani and Douglas Rose.
Mark Jones (Chairman/Non-Executive Director)
Mr Mark Jones is a non-executive director (private clients) of Patersons Securities Limited, one of the largest stock broking firms in Australia. He has been instrumental in raising capital for many companies from IPO to production and brings over 20 years of business and stock market experience to the Board. Mr Jones is currently the Managing Director of Oakajee Corporation Limited (ASX:OKJ)
Todd Zani (Chief Executive Officer/Executive Director)
Mr Todd Zani has extensive experience in the Australian ATM market having founded the Ezeatm business with his brother Chad Zani, in early 2000. Mr Todd Zani is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years' experience in the business and is a director of Ezetax Pty Ltd, an accounting firm he founded in 1999 which specializes in creating wealth by providing financial, accounting and taxation services to clients involved in various industries.
Chad Zani (Director - Sales & Marketing/Executive Director)
Mr Chad Zani has extensive experience in the Australian ATM market having founded and sold a private ATM network to ATM Solutions Australasia Pty Ltd. He also founded the Ezeatm Business with his brother, Todd Zani in early 2000. Mr Chad Zani is a director of the Bartercard WA franchises, which are part of the world's largest trade exchange business. He has over 15 years' experience in sales and sales management experience. He also founded Ezepos, an EFTPOS facilities business which serviced over 17,000 sites in Australia.
Douglas Rose (Non-Executive Director)
Mr Douglas Rose is a Private Client Adviser with Patersons Securities Limited. He has participated in several small to mid-tier corporate transactions for ASX listed companies.
His previous experience includes financial advising and small-medium enterprise banking with two major Australian financial institutions. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Applied Finance and Commercial Law) from Curtin University of Technology.
